OpenAI just quietly released a version of their 3.5 models available via the old completion endpoints
This is nice because chat models are sometimes chatty which make them less ideal for agents, where you want precise steerable outputs
To use in @LangChainAI it's very easy - just specify the new model
gpt-3.5-turbo-instructin the OpenAI class
